Technical Support Visit from the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center at Beni Suef University to the Faculty of Technology and Education

Under the auspices of His Excellency Professor Dr. Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University, and the supervision of Professor Dr. Mervat Refaat, Dean of the Faculty of Technology and Education, and organized by Professor Dr. Heba Atef El-Shimy, Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center at Beni Suef University, the Faculty welcomed Professor Dr. Maha Abdel-Qawi, Technical Support Officer from the University's Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center. This visit was part of the ongoing efforts to monitor the Faculty's preparations for meeting quality and accreditation standards and to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

During the visit, the Technical Support Officer held a meeting with the Faculty administration and members of the quality teams. Several matters related to meeting the standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education were discussed, along with a review of documents and guidelines pertaining to institutional accreditation standards. Several observations and recommendations were also presented to contribute to the development of institutional and academic performance.

The visit was attended by Dr. Abdel Salam Shaaban, Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit; Dr. Mohamed Nafeh, Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit; Dr. Bahaa Saleh, Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit; Dr. Mohamed Diab, Member of the Board of Directors of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit; Eng. Youssef Shehata, Member of the Board of Directors of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit; and Dr. Khadija Shakra, Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit and Head of the Surveys Committee at the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit.

At the conclusion of the visit, Dr. Maha Abdel Qawi, Head of Technical Support at the University, commended the efforts of the college administration and the Quality Assurance Unit, as well as the fruitful cooperation between the various departments and academic programs. She emphasized the importance of continuing to work as a team and to persist in implementing improvement and development plans to contribute to achieving institutional accreditation and enhancing the quality of the educational process in accordance with the university's vision and mission.
